2 ripe bananas
4 ripe dates-pitted
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
4-5 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- Preheat oven to 175 degree Celsius.
- Blend all the ingredients except condensed milk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a glass baking tray or you can even divide the batter into 4- 5 ramekins.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the pudding turns golden brown on top.
- Drizzle the condensed milk on top of the pudding.
- Chill and serve.
