1 green apple
1 onion
1 green chili
1 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon fresh cream(optional)
a pinch sugar
salt to taste
a pinch paprika powder
Method
- Wash and dice the apple into small cubes.
- Finely chop the onions and green chili.
- Whisk the yogurt with salt, sugar, green chili and fresh cream.
- Add the apple and onion to the yogurt and mix well.
- Garnish with a pinch of paprika powder.
